      Julie is a digital fine art photographer. She resides in Markham, Canada, just a short drive from the local farmland and woods she loves to photograph. Her photography is focused on two themes. The first is macro photography of natural subjects, with a special passion for flowers. The second subject is Ontario farmland.

      Kas is a professional photographer and author whose work is published regularly in Canadian magazines and books. With many years of photographic experience and nearly a decade of tinkering in Photoshop, Kas has made every imaginable mistake and would like to help you avoid doing the same.

      Her workshops are designed for people new to digital photography or looking for a refresher on basic photographic technique. Participants should have a digital SLR or a sophisticated point-and-shoot camera whose controls can be manually overridden. Workshops are located at outdoor venues within an hour of the GTA. Typically they run from 10 am - 4 pm and combine instruction with practice sessions in the field.
